Overall, we have it pretty good here in Québec, Canada. If you can stand harsh winters and the occasional extreme cold. Its a good place, beautiful, spacious, not too many people (low population density), cost of life is affordable even with a minimum wage job if you dont mind living on a budget. So yeah.... my suggestion is Québec. If you only speak English, Montréal is the city you want to move to. If you speak french, anywhere in Québec.

I am sorry to say that all previous comments have been wrong.. The best place is ofcourse Sweden. :) I start over every couple of years. Only switched country 2times but moved to new cities a couple of times. Lots of new friends, new experiences working in all kinds of areas. I do recommend doing it more than once in a lifetime. Wish you the best. :)

Well you're making the right call. There's always another option. IMO, there's no perfect place to restart. It has more to do with how you handle the situation. Start researching people who truly started from zero. Eric Thomas is a good example.
