Rau muống rửa sạch thái khúc, tỏi bóc vỏ thái lát, gừng thái sợi, ớt khô cắt làm đôi hoặc làm 3.
Thịt lợn thái sợi cho vào bát, thêm một ít hạt tiêu, nước tương và một ít bột bắp vào trộn đều. Đun nóng dầu ăn trong chảo, cho thịt vào xào.
Bạn đảo cho thịt chín chuyển màu thì trút ra bát. Tiếp đó thêm một ít dầu ăn vào chảo và tiếp tục cho tỏi, gừng, ớt vào xào thơm.
Thêm rau muống vào đảo nhanh rồi đổ thịt đã xào vào đảo chung cho các nguyên liệu chín. Cuối cùng nêm chút muối, hạt nêm gà vào cho ngấm gia vị là xong.
